Juan Huerta is Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning at Affordable Care, one of the largest dental service organizations in the US, where he oversees recruiting for corporate, clinical, and practice staff roles across 380 practices in 39 states.
Juan brings a background in operations, HR, and talent acquisition across veterinary medicine, human healthcare, and dental. Before joining Affordable Care, he served as Senior Director of Learning and Development at AmeriVet Veterinary Partners and Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Systems and Analytics at Springfield Clinic. Earlier, as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Visionworks of America, he led clinical and retail recruiting strategy for more than 700 stores across 40 states.
Yaniv Shimoni
Yaniv Shimoni is the Co-Founder of Take2 AI, an AI agents platform purpose-built for healthcare recruiting. Take2’s mission is to help healthcare organizations hire faster, reduce costs, and improve retention and quality of hire by automating the high-touch, high-volume parts of the recruiting cycle.
